YOUR INTERNAL BODY CLOCK MAY BE ABLE TO HEAL YOU

There are things going on in our body that can assist recovery from major medical problems and procedures. Our circadian rhythms, the daily cycles of activity and rest, have been statistically studied from the clock-time of injury and the clock-times of receiving medical treatment. The clock-times where 8 am to 8 pm and 8 pm to 8 am. The studies assume the subjects are getting sufficient sleep/rest time.
