+As a meditator for many years, I suggest letting your mind be your guide as you commit an increasing number of minutes each day (up to a certain number) to this practice. Before and after work or school may be good times to meditate. Regularity is important and finding that “perfect place” devoid of noise and distraction may not be possible. Sitting quietly and letting the world pass through you as you meditate is not learned, it is allowed.
